ORDER OF SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
On the petition of DAVID ST. ELMO SMITH, JOSEPH S. C. SMITH,
VIVIAN S. FOLAN and LIBBY S. PEIXOTTO for Summary Administration of
the estate of VIRGINIA LOPP SMITH, deceased, the court finding that
the decedent died on the 10th day of September, 1980; that all
interested persons have executed the Petition for Summary Administration;
that the material allegations of the petition are true; and that an
Order of Summary Administration should be entered, it is
ADJUDGED that the.only asset of decedent's estate consists
of the following described real property:
Lots-6, 8 and North 1/2 of Lot 10, Block 1, SUNRISE
TERRACE SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 5, page 55 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of the assets
of the decedent to:
