The petition of BZBKIAL PETERSON for the appointment of a guardian
of the person and property of ENGLAND PETERSON, coming on this day to be heard
and it appearing to the Court that said person is incompetent because of
chronic organic brain syndrome and that it is necessary for a guardian to be
appointed; and the Court having jurisdiction and being fully advised; it is
ADJUDGED that EZBKIAL PETERSON is hereby appointed as guardian of
the person and property of ENGLAND PETERSON, incompetent.
ADJUDGED FURTRER that said EZEKIAL PETERSON is required to file
a bond in the amount of $ a2, o 0 0 • o n payable to the Governor of the State
of Florida and to his successor in office, conditioned on the faithful per-
formance of all duties by the guardian according to law.
