CHARGE OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
The undersigned, Errol S. Willes, hereby acknowledges the
receipt of complete distribution from the personal representative
of the share of the estate to which the undersigned was entitled,
releases the personal representative from all further liability
in connection with this estate; waives service of the Petition for
Discharge of the personal representative and all notice thereof,
and consents to the entry of an order discharging the personal
representative without notice, hearing or waiting period.
