PETITION FOR AUTHORITY TO
SELL REAL PROPERTY
Petitioner, SUN BANK OF SAINT LUCIE COUNTY, INC., as
Guardian of the Property of MARGARET BUNCH, Incompetent,
respectfully Petitions this Court for an Order authorizing
the sale of real property of the Ward, and in support
thereof states and shows:
(1) MARGARET BUNCH, Incompetent, is the owner of
certain real property, situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
which Petitioner desires to sell, and is described as follows:
Lot 5 and the Nl/2 of Lot 8, and
the E 5' of the vacated alley,
Block 15, OAKLAND PARK SUBDIVISION,
designated as 707 Beach Court,
Fort Pierce, Florida.
(2) It is the opinion of your Petitioner that it is
expedient and necessary to sell this real property for the
reason that the Incompetent has been moved to West Palm Beach to
be cared for by relatives; that this property now stands
vacant; that this property is the major asset in the Estate
and it would be best if this asset were reduced to cash.
(3) The Petitioner desires to sell the property to
JOHN A. MONK and FAYE H. MONK, 614 South 13th Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida, for the sum of Forty-Three Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($43,500.00).
