A copy of the Deposit Receipt and Contract for
Sale is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference
as Exhibit "A".
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner requests that an Order be
entered authorizing it to sell the above-described real
property upon the conditions and terms set forth herein.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have
read the foregoing facts therein and same are true to the
best of my knowledge and belief.
