I, JOHN YEARSLEY, domiciled and residing in Saint Lucie
County, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory and
considering the uncertainty of this life, do make, publish and
declare this to be my Last Will And Testament, hereby revoking all
other Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I hereby direct that all of my legal debts,
funeral expenses and costs of administration of my estate be paid
as soon as practicable after the date of my death.
SECOND: I give and devise the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar
to my beloved brother, HOWARD YEARSLEY, to be his absolutely and
forever.
THIRD: I give and devise the rest, residue and remainder
of my estate, real, personal and mixed, wherever the same may be
situated or located, of which I may die seized or possessed, to
my beloved friend, JOSEPHINE MORGAN, to be hers absolutely and
forever, in fee simple absolute. I realize that I am devising the
rest, residue and remainder of my estate to JOSEPHINE MORGAN, •aho
is not a member of my family and that I am only leaving One ($1.00)
Dollar to my brother. I do this not because I do not love my
brother but I do this because MRS. MORGAN has been closer to me
then a member of my family and has taken care of me and has admin-
istered to my needs and has shown me love and affection.
FOURTH: I make constitute and appoint,JOSEPHINE MORGAN,
to be the personal representative of this my Last Will And Testament.
I hereby expressly confer upon my personal representative the power
