to administer my estate without bond, without the necessity or
requirement of making any returns whatever to any Court, and with
full authority and power to encumber, mortgage, lease. or to sell
and convey any part or all of my estate, real, personal or mixed,
at public or private sale, with or without notice, as she may
deem best, and without the order of any Court.
