THIS MORTGAGE DEED, executed this 5th day of December, 1980,
by HOWARD E. McCALL, JR., hereinafter called the mortgagor, to - _
AMERICAN EQUIPMENT CO., hereinafter called the mortgagee;
WITNESSETH, that for good and valuable considerations, and
also in consideration of the aggregate sum named in the promissory
note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the mortgagor
hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and con-
firms unto the mortgagee all that certain land of which the
mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, viz:
The South 5 feet of Lot 23, all of Lot 24, and the North 25 feet
of Lot 25, Block 59, SAN LUCIE PLAZA Unit One, according to the
Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, page_57; of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
