and conditions of that certain first mortgage on the above-des-
~' cribed property executed by GRADY OWSLEY and CYNTHIA OWSLEY, his
;; wife to First Federal Savings &-Loans Association of Fort Pierce,
recorded in OR Book 225, Page 268, and mortgagor covenants and
agrees that it will not permit or suffer any default in respect
to any of said covenants and conditions of said first mortgage,
and any default, breach or violation of any terms or conditions
~I of said first mortgage shall be a default under the terms of this
