Court without the intervention of a jury and the Court finding that
the defendant, DAVID A. HOLMES
is indebted to the plaintiff, Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, in the
sum of S785.23 therefore:
It is Considered, Ordered and Adjudged that said plaintiff do have
a»d recover of and from said defendant the sum of S785.23 danages
together with the costs and attorney fees in this behalf expended and
herein taxed at 5228.00 for all of which let execution issue.
