ASSOCIATION, INC. , anon-profit corporation of the State of Florida, which

TION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION C~ORQORATION, and LAKE UVDRIO
CORPORATION, said Assignment i~eing recorded in Official Record Book 18b,
Page 2045 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County.
Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot, block and
unit num~ers in Lakewood Park Subdivision. for nonpayment of maintenance
fees asseBSed, said Affidavit being recorded !n Official Record Book 300
page 1459 ,Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S AS90CIATION, INC. .
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
Lots 11 & 12 Block 21 Unit 3
in the name of; Gladys Sarno
and now held in the name of;
