BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared GARY J. STEELS who after first being duly sworn did
depose and say as follows:
1. He is an officer and agent of Sun Bank of St. Lucie
County and as such is authorized to make-the within affidavit.
2. Of his own personal knowledge, he states that
the Robert Ramsey who is the defendant in St. Lucie County
Circuit Court Case No. 79-44-CA, Sun Bank of St. Lucie County
as Personal Representative of the Estate of Vincent Vecchio,
plaintiff, v. Robert Ramsey, defendant, is not one and the
same person as Robert Lee Ramsey who is the mortgagor in
that certain mortgage to The Lomas and Nettleton Company,
dated October 25, 1979, recorded in O.R. Book 319, page 860,
public records of St. Lucie County.
