Engineer, do hereby state the right-of-way map, State Project
No. 94060-2501, SR AIA, from SR 5 to SR AIA (North Causeway),
filed on August 17, 1978 in Book 18 on pages 19, 19A, 196, 19C
was filed in error. The correct map, State Project No. 9405-302,
SR AIA (Seaway Drive) from SR 5 to SR AIA has been filed on
November 12, 1980 in Book 22 on page 14. The recording of this
affidavit voids the filing on August 17, 1978 of State Project
No. 94060-2501 and validates the filing of State Project No.9405-
302 as the correct map for the transfer of title of Seaway Drive,
from SR 5 to SR AIA, from the State of Florida to the City of
Fort Pierce.
