BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day
personally appeared LAURA MAY STAERKER, who upon being
duly sworn did depose and say:
1. That she is the unremarried surviving spouse
of GEORGE F. STAERKER, who departed this life on
January 23, 1961 ,
ats a and the said GEORGE F. STAERKER were
the grantees in that certain warranty deed of conveyance
executed by Edmund Brant, President of Lake Indrio
Corporation, wherein the above described real property
was conveyed.
3. That on the date of the aforementioned con-
veyance, LAURA MAY STAERKER was married to the said
GEORGE F. STAERKER, and that said marital relationship
continued without interruption until the death of the
said GEORGE F. STAERKER.
Further affiant sayeth not.
