STANDARD COUNTY DEED
THIS DEED made this 8th day of
December , A.D.
1980, by ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, party of the first part,
and also referred to as Grantor, and RU-MAR, INC., a Florida

corporation, whose post office address is Route 7, Box 714,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, party of the second part, and
also referred to as Grantee,
WITNESSETH that the said party of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 to it in hand paid
by the party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained,~and sold to the party
of the second part, its successors and assigns forever, the
following described land lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida.
That part of Sections 29, 30 and 31 in
Township 37 South, Range 38 East, which
lies with 75 feet of the base line of
survey according to the right-of-way map
of Section 94636-2603, Glades Road, a
part of said base line being more parti-
cularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of
Section 36, Township 37 South, Range 37
East, thence run West along the South
line of said Section 36 a distance of
371.16 feet to a point; thence-North
44°47'29" East a distance of 875.81 feet
to the point of beginning; thence continue
North 44°47'29" East a distance of 14,125
feet, more or less, to the North line of
Section 29, Township 37 South, Range 38
East;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the existing right-of-
way of the Florida East Coast Railway in
Section 30, Township 37 South, Range 38
East, and containing 48.27 acres, more or
less.
RESERVING TO THE COUNTY, a perpetual
easement-over and upon the East 65 feet
of the property described above for the
operation, maintenance and control of
a drainage ditch already constructed
thereon. The County will operate and
maintain said drainage ditch or canal
and will be responsible for the installa-
tion of any new water control structures
or pipes or culverts required at any
future date.
