constructed, so that Ru-Mar, Inc., its
successors or assigns, can move cattle,
equipment and vehicles from the southeast '
portion of said ranch operation to the
northwest portion or vice versa, of said
land operation.
THE GRANTEE, Ru-Mar, Inc., or its successors
or assigns, will be responsible for any
damage caused to the canal by its cattle,
equipment or vehicles.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part
has caused these presents to be executed in its name, by its
Board of County Commissioners acting by the Chairman of said
board, the day and year aforesaid.
