THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on the foregoing Stipulation
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the non-jury trial set in this cause
for December 9, 1980 at 9:30 A.M. shall be removed from the trial
docket, to be set at a later date to be specified by the Court.
