YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit has been instituted
by the above-named Plaintiff, against the above-naaed Defendant
in the above-specified Court involving the following described
real property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lots 9, 10 and 11, ALTEDENA SUBDIVISION, according
to the Plat thereof on file as recorded in Plat
Book 4, Page 71 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
The relief sought by the said Plaintiff as to such property
is the foreclosure of a mortgage owned and held by the Plaintif'
encumbering the said property, to delcare all other interests
in the property to be inferior to ti'tai. of the Plaintiff and
to foreclose same, and for certain other relief.
