LEGAL DESCRIPTION
EXHIBIT I
The North 100 feet of the following described ~
land, EXCEPT that part lying West of the F.E.C.
.Railway, and ALSO EXCEPT so much as may be taken up
by the right-of-way of the Florida East Coast Rail-
way and the right-of-way of public roads, to-wit: '
Commencing on the West line of Lot 1 of
Section 1, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, at a
point 1,381.73 feet south of its North line; thence
East parallel with lot line to the waters of Indian
River; thence southerly along the waters of said
Indian River until a square of 347.82 feet; thence
West parallel with North line to lot line; thence
North along lot line 347.82 feet to place of begin-
ning, the said described land is known as Lot 5,
FRIES SUBDIVISION of Lot 1 of Section 1, Township 36
South, Range 40 East.
