That the party of the first part pursuant to the Laws of
the State of Florida does hereby give, grant, bargain, sell,
convey and release unto the party of the second part, his heirs
and assigns forever, as evidence of surrender of the following
described property made in accordance with and pursuant to the
aforesaid Laws of the State of Florida, the following described
property situate in the County of Duval, State of Florida, to-wit:
Lots 34 and 35, Block 1 j49 of PART ST . LUCIE,
Section 30, a Subdivision according to the
Plat thereof , recorded in Plat Book 14 , Page
16, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida .
together with all the appurenances thereunto belonging or in
any wise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the party of the see~nd
part, her heirs and assigns forever, as fully and effectually
as he, the party of the first part, might, could, or ought to
convey and release th~ s$me by virtue of the Last Wili and
