AMENDMENT TO
PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
OF
LUCIELAND RIVER HOMES
AGREEMENT, made this 8th day of July A.D., 1980, between
LUCIELAND CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, LUCIUS P. WHEELER,
JR., and BARBARA WHEELER, his wife.
1. AMENDMENT. Paragraph 2 entitled TERM of the Agreement
is amended to state as follows: The partnership shall continue
until July 8 A.D., 1990, unless sooner terminated by unanimous
decision of the partners.
2. RATIFICATION. As amended, the Partnership Agreement
dated July 8 A.D., 1977, and amended September 14 A.D., 1979, be and
the same is hereby ratified and confirmed.
