The petitioner, MURIEL CONCANNON, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as the
surviving spouse of the decedent. Petitioner's name and address
are: Muriel Concannon, 252 Bermuda Beach Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida
33450 and the name and address of petitioner's attorney are as set
forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, GERALD J. CONCANNON, whose last known address
was 252 Bermuda Beach Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, and whose
age was 54 and whose social security number is 025-12-9926 died on
September. 29, 1980 at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death
decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the
ages of any who are minors, are:
