The undersigned petitioners allege;
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate as the sole, sur-
viving heirs and beneficiaries of the deceased. Their names and addresses are set
forth in paragraph 3 and the name and address of their attorney are as set forth
at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, CLAUDB D. JAMS, whose last known address was Rte. 7,
Boz 709, Ft. Pierce, Florida died November 27, 1980 at Ft. Pierce, Florida and
at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, State of Florida.,
3. The names of the beneficiaries of this estate and decedent was un-
married at the time of his death, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
and the ages of any who are minors, are:

resident of St. Lucie County, Florida at the time of his death.

their estimated values together with those assets claimed to be exempt:
