Petitioner, MARY E. PEARCE, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as one of the
three devisees named in the Last Will and Testament of decedent.
Petitioner's name and address are 4204 N. Federal Highway, Fort Pierce,
FL (33450), P.O. Box 341 Simpsonville, KY (4006?), and the name and
address of petitioner's attorney are set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, RUTH SCHINDLER BLANCHARD, whose last known address
was 4202 North Federal Highway, Fort Pierce, FL (33450), and whose age
was 67 years, and whose social security number is 401-09-1369, died on
September 26, 1980 at Suburban Hospital in St. Matthews, Kentucky, and
at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and their ages,
