5. .Mary S. Pearce, whose address is 4204 N. Federal Highway,
Fort Pierce, FL (33450), and who is qualified under the laws of the
State of Florida to serve as personal representative of the decedent's
estate is entitled to preference in appointment as personal represen-
tative because she is nominated as Personal Representative in the
Last Will and Testament of decedent.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this estate

probate and that she be appointed personal representative of the Florida
estate of the decedent.
