I, RUTH S. BLANCHARD, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all
former Wills by me at any time made, and intending hereby to devise
and bequeath all.c3~ 'the property, both real or personal, of which
I may die seized and possessed, or to which I may be entitled at
the time of my death, wherever the same may be situated, as fol-
lows, to-wit:
FIRST: I direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to pay all of
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as is
practicable.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath one-half (1/2) of my estate,
whether real, personal, or mixed, unto my .husband's son, JACK BLAN-
CHARD, to have and to hold unto himself, absolutely and forever.
THIRD: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether
real, personal, or mixed, I give, devise and bequeath unto my sisters,
EMMA LOUISE MOORE and MARY E. PEARCE, to have and to hold unto them-
selveS,absolutely and forever, in equal shares, share and share alike.
FOURTH: I Hereby constitute and appoint my sister, MARY E.
PEARCE, Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, and I expressly
confer upon her power as such executrix to administer my estate, ex-
cusing her from giving any bond, or making any returns to any Court.
I expressly confer upon her full authority and power to manage, in-
vest and reinvest, to sell and convey any part or all of my estate,
at public or private sale, with or without notice, as she may deem
best, and without any order of Court. I authorize her to make good
and sufficient conveyances to any purchaser and to hold the proceeds
of any sale for such use as she may deem best for .the interest of
my estate. I further hereby expressly confer upon her the authority
and power to borrow money for the use of my said estate in any in-
stance where she may think it necessary and proper, and to secure
the same by mortgage, trust deed, or other form of security to or
upon any part of my estate; this she may do without the order of any
Court.
