If my sister fails to survive me or if she fails to qualify
as Executrix, I appoint my sister, EMMA LOUISE MOORE, Alternate
Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament with the same rights
and privileges as my sister, MARY E. PEARCE would have had if she
had survived me .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto subscribed my hand and
seal, and publish and declare this instrument to be my Last Will
and Testament, in the presence of the witnesses named hereinafter,
on this the ~C day of February, in the year of our Lord, One
Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-four.

The foregoing instrument was subscribed by the said, RUTH S.
BLANCHARD, in our presence and acknowledged by her to each of us,
and sne, at the same time, declared the foregoing instrument as
subscribed by her to be her Last Will and Testament, and we at her
request, have signed our names as witnesses thereunto, in her pre-
sence and in the presence of each other, and have written opposite
our names our respective places of residence, in the year of our Lord,
One Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-four.

We, RUTH S. BLANCHARD, SHARON P. WELCH and
CHARLES C. WELCH , the testator and the witnesses respec-
tively, whose names are signed to the attached or foregoing instrument,
being first duly sworn, do hereby declare to the undersigned officer
that the testator signed the instrument a~ her Last Will and that she
signed voluntarily and that each of the witnesses in the presence of
the testator, at her request, and in the presence of each other signed
the Will as a witness and that to the best of the knowledge of each
witness the testator was at that time 18 or more years of age, of sound
€ mind and under no constraint or undue influence.
