The undersigned petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
beneficiary, His name and address is set forth in paragraph 3,
and the name and address of his attorney is as set forth at the
end of this petition.
2. Decedent, JUNE INEZ ARMSTRONG, whose last known
address was 191 Jefferey Lane, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
died on the 23rd day of~January, 1979, at Fort Pierce, Florida. and
at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County,
Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this estate and of decedent's surviving spouse, if any, their
addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages of any who are
minors are:
JACOB C. ARMSTRONG, 191 Jefferey Lane, Ft. Pierce, Florida
Surviving Spouse
4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County at the time of her death.
