To the best knowledge of the petitioner, the value of the entire estate subject to administration in this state, less the value of property exempt from the claims of creditors, does not exceed $25,000.00. 7. The estate is not indebted. 8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent, including exempt property, be distributed as follows: PATRIC A. GELINEAU: Four (4) United States Series E savinggs bonds ~Q2396254085E, ~Q2396254086E, #Q2396251765E, and ~Q24037.46613E JACOB C. ARMSTRONG: Ten (10) shares General Development Corp. Personal property consisting of two (2) diamond rings 9. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 11. 10. The original of the decedent's will, dated May 2, 1973, is in the possession of the above court. 11. Decedent`s will does not direct adminstration as required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes. Petitioner requests that the decedent's last will be admitted to probate and an order of summary administration be entered directing distribution of the assets in the estate in accordance with the schedule set forth in paragraph 9 of this petition.
