is entitled to preference in appointment as personal representative because
she was appointed Personal Representative in decedent's dill.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this estate are Cash - $450.00
11.75 acres of citrus grove, Ft. Pierce, Fla. in excess of $50,000.00
including residence of decedent and packing house
23.71 acres of citrus grove, Ft. Pierce, Fla. in excess of $100,000.00
9.88 acres of citrus grove, Ft. Pierce, Fla. in excess of $30,000.00
Miscellaneous items of gioveequipment and vehicles approximately $3,000.00
Household goods and furnishings and personal effects in excess of $5,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of decedent other than as set forth
in paragraph 8.

8. The original of the decedent's last will, dated November 16
is in the possession of the court or accompanies this petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be admitted to probate and .that
Paula Hamilton
_ be appointed personal representative of the
Florida estate of the decedent.
