Identification and Revocation: T, JOHANNE HANSEN, of
White City, St. Lucie County, Florida, hereby revoke all form-
er wills and codicils by me made and declare this to be my
Last Will.

Appointment of Personal Representative: I appoint my
granddaughter, PAULA HAMILTON, to serve as personal repre-
sentative under this Will. I direct that no bond will be
required of the personal representative under this Will.
III.
Powers of the Personal Representative: The personal
representative named in the Will and her successors and the
parties serving in her stead shall have all the powers and pro-
tection granted Trustees by statute at the time of application
in addition to and not in limitation of any common law or
statutory authority, and without application to any court.
She shall have the powers and responsibility described below,
to be exercised in her absolute discretion:
A. With regard to both real and personal prop-
erty, for the purpose of obtaining funds for the payment of
taxes, claims and the cost of administration, payment of
gifts and making distributions, management of the property
and for every other proper purpose, she may acquire, retain,
invest, re-invest, exchange, lease, sell, mortgage, pledge,
transfer and convey in such manner and on such terms as she
deems advisable, even for terms beyond the expected admini-
