stration of the estate, and no purchaser or lender shall
be liable to see to the propriety of the transaction or the
application of the proceeds.
B. To pay expenses that are reasonable in the
judgment of the personal representative, for the delivery
of gifts .
C. To continue, conduct and carry on my busi-
Hess as a citrus fruit grower and shipper during the admini-
stration of my~estate, and for that purpose to retain and
employ the capital which shall at my death be employed there-
in, and to augment or decrease the capital employed therein,
and to execute and deliver all instruments in writing that
the personal representative may deem necessary or advisable
in connection with the operation o~ that business.
Iv.
Specific Gift of Monev: T give to my adopted daughter,
BONITA HANSEN KEYES, if she survives me,~the sum of FIVE
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00) in cash.
V.
~ecific Gift of Money: I give to my granddaughter,
LINDA HARDING, if she survives me, the sum of THREE THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($3,000.00) in cash. If my granddaughter, LINDA
HARDING, shall fail to survive me, then to her issue me
surviving, per stirpes and not per capita.
VI.
Specific Gift of Monev: I give to my granddaughter,
NANCY ASHBURN, if she survives me, the sum of THREE THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($3,000.00) in cash. If nay granddaughter, NANCY
ASHBURN, fails to survive me, then to her issue me surviving,
per stirpes and not per capita.
