NEWTONSCHUMACHER
I, NEWTON SCHUMACHER, aresident of Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make, publish and declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and annulling all other
Wills and Codicils by me heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct that all of my just debts and my funeral expenses be paid
as soon as practicable after my decease.
SECOND: I give and devise all of my estate, both real and personal, or
mixed, and wheresoever located, to my brother, -Robert Schumacher, and to my
sisters, Mario Schumacher and Grace Ward, in equal shares, share and share
aldce. In the event that my aforenamed brother or sisters shall predecease me,
I give and devise the share of my estate said deceased brother or sister would
have received had they survived me to his or her surviving spouse and children
in equal shares.
THIRD: I have intentionally made no provisions for my brothers, Edwin
Schumacher and Harry Schumacher in that it is my belief at the time of my
execution of this my Last Will and Testament that they are in a better position
with respect to financial matters than are my brother and sisters named as
beneficiaries hereunder. This omission should not in any way be construed as
an indication that I have less affection for my brothers, Edwin Schumacher and
Harry Schumacher, than for my brother and sisters named herein.
FOURTH: I hereby constitute and appoint as the personal Representative
of this my Last Will and Testament, my sister, Marie Schumacher, of Sebring,
Florida, and I do hereby direct that my Personal Representative act as Personal
Representative of this Will without being required to furnish any bond or other
undertaking for the faithful performance of her duties as such Personal Represen-
