tative or otherwise. In the course of Administration, my said Personal
Representative is authorized and empowered to sell and convey any and all real
and personal property belonging to my said estate, and to execute proper deeds
of conveyance, bills of sale, or any required papers as "MARIE SCHUMACHER,
personal Representative of the Last WHl and Testament of NEWTON SCHUMACHER,
Deceased", and without further formality whatsoever and the purchaser of any such
property shall not be required to see that the purchase porice so paid to my said
personal Representative is disposed of by her in accordance with the law or with
the provisions of this Will.
In the event my sister, Marie Schumacher, shall die before I do, or for
any reason is unable to serve as said personal Representative, then I do constitute
and appoint my brother, Edwin Schumacher, as successor Personal Representative
and I confer upon him all of the above powers and authorities gxanted unto my sister,
Marie Schumacher, as Personal Representative.

The foregoing instrument was signed, sealed and declared by NEWTON
SCHUMACHER, as his Last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, the
undersigned, who, at his special instance and request, do attest as witnesses,
