This cause came to be heard on the 8th day of December ,
1980, upon the Motion to Withdraw of the law fine of Brad Culverhouse,
Attorney at Law, Chartered, and the Court having examined the verified
motion and finding that notice of hearing on this motion was given
to all interested parties, and the Court being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Motion to Withdraw of Brad Culverhouse, Attorney
at Law, Chartered, as the attorney for the Wife be and is hereby
ordered granted, and it be and is hereby further ordered that the
law firm of Brad Culverhouse, Attorney at Law, Chartered, be
permitted to withdraw as the attorney. for the Wife, effective.
