THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the issue of the
determination of custody of the minor children of the parties and
the Court determining notice of the hearing was given to SHIRLEY
ANN ROBERTSON, and the Court further finding that this Court has.
jurisdiction of subject matter and of the children under the
Uniform Child Custody Act, and the Court further finding that the
Wife uses narcotics, is unattentive of the children, has states
of depression and that the children are recipients of the results of
said states of depression, and that it is in the best interests of
the children that the father, CHRIS A. ROBERTSON, be awarded custody
of the children, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the father, CHRIS A. ROBERTSON, is a fit and proper
person to have custody of the minor children of the parties and it, be,
and is hereby further ordered that the permanent custody and care of
the minor children of the parties be, and is hereby ordered awarded
to the father, CHRIS A. ROBERTSON. The names of said minor children
being: CHRIS A. ROBERTSON and LEE ROY ROBERTSON.
DONE AND ORDERED this day of December, A.D. 1980, at
Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida.
