ORDER GRANTING MOTION 1~0 INTERVENE

THIS CAUSE having come on for i~enring on the motion of
the department of Health and Rehabilitative Services for leave to
intervene in this case and the Court having found that all parties
were properly put on notice and having heard arguments presented
and considered the evidence and testimony; the Court finds that
the movant Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services has
an interest in this cause, to-wit, child support money and enforce-
ment thereof, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services shall be and it is hereby granted leave to
intervene in this cause in matters limited to child support money
and enforcement thereof; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services shall be and it is hereby substituted for
the mother of the minor child(ren) of this marriage in all matters
pertaining to child support money and enforcement thereof.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, in St. Lucie County,
Florida, on this 8th day of December , 1980.
