ORDER
THIS CAUSE haviog come on for hearing on Intervenor's Petition
for Modification of final judgment or order on child support and the Court
having reviewed the file and considered the testimony of witnesses and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition for Modification of final
judgment or order on child support shall be and the same i8 hereby granted;
it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that commencing on ~ ~ 1~. ,

Clerk of this Court the sum of $ 25.00 per _ week each and every

and cashiers checks shall bear the payees name and Social Security Number and shall
be made payable to the CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, and sent to:

responsible parent to the Department of. Health and Rehabilitative Services until
further order of this Court to the contrary or receipt of Notice to Discontinue
Payments from the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which
event the support payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the person
having custody of the child(ren).
