ORDER CONSOLIDATING CASES
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the Motion for Enforcement
and Contempt of the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services in Case No.
80-45-FR wherein there is an Order Granting Child Support, dated March 10, 1980,
and child support was ordered in the amount of $50.00 per week and whereas the
parties have since filed a Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and an Order on
Temporary Relief was entered on May 27, 1980, for child support in the amount of
$80 per week, under Case No. 80-534-FR. A subsequent order was entered by the
Court on September 26, 1980, in Case No. 80-534-FR.wherein the Husband was
ordered to pay $50.00 per week under Case No. 80-45-FR and $30.00 per week under
Case No. 80-534-FR, and the Court having considered the cases and being fully
and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Case No. 80-45-FR shall be and it is hereby
consolidated with Case No. 80-534-FR; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that commencing on December 12, 1980, the
Husband, WILLIE H. DENNARD shall pay~to the Clerk of this Court the sum of
$50.00 per week each and every week, plus $2.00 statutory fee. All payments shall
be made in cash, money order or cashiers check. All money orders and cashiers
checks shall bear the payees name and Social Security Number and shall be made
payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court, and sent to:
Clerk of the Circuit Court
Support Department
P. O. Box 700
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
Said amount shall be remitted monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health
and Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he
is hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received from the
Husband to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services until further
order of this Court to the contrary or receipt of a Notice from the Department,
in which event the support payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to
the person having custody of the children.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on this
9th day of December, 1980.
