HomeMy WebLinkAbout1914 SCHEDULE A WATER EASEMENT N0. 1 A twelve (12) foot easement with six (6) feet lying on each side of the centerline of the easement and said centerline described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of block 20 of Maravilla Terrace Subdivision as recorded in plat book 5. page 50 of the public records of St. Lucie County. thence run South 1° 49' 17" East along the west line of block 20 a distance of 28.0 feet to the Point of Beginning of the centerline of the easement. From the Point of Beginning run along said centerline South 89° 03' S1" East 140.0 feet to a point; thence run South 1° 49' 1?" East 115.0 feet to a point; thence run South 46° 49' 17" East 36.0 feet to the point of termination of the centerline and the easement. WATER EASEMENT N0. 2 A twelve (12) foot easement with six (6) feet lying on each side of the centerline of the easement and said centerline described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of block 17 of Maravilla Terrace Subdivision as recorded in plat book 5. page 50 of the public records of St. Lucie County thence run South 1° O1' 33" East along the east line of block 17 a distance of 28.0 feet to the Point of Beginning of the centerline of the asement. From the Point of Beginning run along said centerline North 89° 03' S1" West 254.0 feet to a point; thence run South 0° 56' 09" best 40.0 feet to a point of termination of the centerline and the easement. WATER EASEMENT N0. 3 A twelve (12) foot easement with six (6) feet lying on each side of the centerline of the easement and said centerline described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of block 17 of Maravilla Terrace Subdivision as recorded in plat book 5, page 50 of the public records of St. Lucie County, thence run~S outh 1° O1' 33" East along the east line of block 17 a distance of 203.0 feet to the Point of Beginning of the centerline of the easement.
