THIS GRANT OF EASEMENT, Made and executed this ~~
day of ~ecsnAe'R , A. D. , 198 O , by ZEPHYR, INC. ,
a Flori a corporation av ng its principalplace of business
at Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the Grantor, to
CITY OF FORT PIERCE, a municipal corporation, for the use and
benefit of the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY, whose post office
address is P. O. Box 3191, Fort Pierce, Florida 33454, hereinafter
called the Grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant and convey unto
the Grantee for the use and benefit of the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES
AUTHORITY, this privilege and easement to construct sanitary sewer
collection lines over and across the following described land
in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT AS ON SCHEDULE A,
ATTACHED HERETO AND BY THIS REFERENCE MADE A
PART HEREOF.
and, including the right to trim, cut and keep clear of said lines
all trees, shrubs and limbs which may endanger the same, with the
right to go upon said land from time to time as may be necessary
to construct, maintain and repair said lines. No permanent structures
or shrubbery shall be placed or installed on said easement.
AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that it
is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that it has good
right and lawful authority to grant this easement.
