SCHEDULE A
SANITARY Sti.,'WER EASEMENT
A twelve (12) foot easement with six (6) feet lying on
each side of the centerline of the easement and said centerline
described as follows
Commencing at the Northeast corner of block 17 of Maravilla
Terrace Subdivision as recorded in plat book 5. page 50 of the
public records of St. Lucie County. thence run South 1° O1' ~3"
East along the east line of block 17 a distance of 121.0 feet
to the Point of Beginning of the centerline of the easement.
From the Point of Beginning run along said centerline North
62° 11' 30" West 161.5 feet to a points thence run North 89° 03'
51" West 330.0 feet to a point of termination of the .centerline
and the easement.
