forth in paragraph 9.

10. Deordent's will does not direct administration as required by Chapter 733, Florida
Statutes.
Petitioners request that the decedent's last wiq be admitted -to probate and an order of
family administration be entered directing distribution of the assets in the estate in accordance with
the schedule set forth in paragraph 7 of this petition.
