HomeMy WebLinkAbout1966RIDER TO FINANCING STATEMENT This Financing Statement covers the following types and items of property: All property rights of any kind whatsoever, whether real, personal, mixed or otherwise, and whether tangible or intangible, encumbered by that certain mortgag a of even date herewith from the Debtor, as identified hereinabove, in favor of the Secured Party, as identified hereinabove, and encumbering that certain parcel of real estate situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, and legally described as: SSE ~C~+lBi~ including the following : the abstract of title covering said real proper*y, and all furniture, furnishings, fixtures, goods, equipment and inventory, together with any proceeds thereof and any replacements thereof, which are now or may hereafter be located and situate on the real property described in said mort- gage, and all structures and improvements now or hereafter on said land and the fixtures attached thereto, also together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, easements and appurtenances thereunder belonging or in any way appertaining, and the rer~t~-, issues and prof its thereof , and also al l the estate, right, title, interest and all claims and demands whatso- ever, as well in law as in equity, of the Debtor in and to the same, and every part and parcel thereof, and also all gas and electric fixtures, radiators, heaters, air conditioning equip- ment, machinery, boilers, ranges, elevators and motors, bathtubs, sinks, water closets, water basins, pipes, faucets, and other plumbing and heating fixtures, mantles, refrigerating plants and iceboxes, window screens, screen doors, venetian blinds, storm shutters and awnings, which are now or may hereafter pertain to or be used with, in or on said premises, even though they be de- tached or detachable; and the hazard insurance policy covering said premises, together with any and all extensions and replace- ments thereof, and any and all rights thereunder; and any and all rights of subrogation provided by said mortgage or arising there- under; any monies in any escrow accounts established or accrued pursuant to said mortgage; any property or other thing of value acquired with or paid for by any future or further advances pur- suant to said mortgage; and any damages awarded pursuan t to con- demnation or eminent domain proceeding s as encumbered by said mortgage.
