That all the right, title or interest of the Defendants and all persons claiming by, through or under them, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the lands since the filing of the Notice of Suit, be and the same are quieted, vacated, set aside and cancelled as clouds upon the title of the Plaintiffs in and to the above described lands, and that the title of the Plaintiffs in and to those lands be, and it is forever qu:.eted, cleared and confirmed and forever fully and completely established as against all of the defendants to this action, and against all persons whomever claiming by, through or under them, and all persons having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the lands involved in this action since the filing of the Notice in this cause. 6. That all of the defendants, and all persons claiming by, through or under them, and all persons having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the above-described lands, since the filing of the Notice in this cause, are forever prohibited, enjoined and restrained of and from executing any right, title, claim or demand of any nature of kind whatsoever in, to or against those lands of the Plaintiffs or any part of them.
