FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

This cause came on for trial the~8th day of December, 1980, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub-
ject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken, and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of ROBIN L. KROPFF, age 13, born October 3,
1967; DONNA A. KROPFF, age 11, born April 6, 1969, and BRIAN S.
KROPFF, age age 6, born October 28, 1974, minor children of the parties,
is hereby awarded to Respondent, PATRICIA L. KROPFF, with reasonable
rights of visitation reserved to Petitioner, CARROLL DOYLE KROPFF.
3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 12th day of December, 1980, the
Petitioner, CARROLL DOYLE KROPFF, shall pay to the Respondent, PATRICIA
L. KROPFF, the sum of $150.00 per month, for the support of the minor
children named above.
4. PROPERTY: The Property Settlement Agreement admitted into
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties
are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
