LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA t5' M CIVIL ACTION IN RE: The Marriage of ) 2~ CASE NO. 80-1047 FR A*IITA MAY TURNER ) Wife FINAL JUDGMENT AND ) DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE BRUCE ALLAN TURNER ) Husband This cause came on for trial on the 8th day of December, 1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and the marriage between the parties is irretrievable broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The Marriage between the above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of BRANDON IAN TURNER, AGE 4 born on September 28, 1976, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Petitioner and Respondent jointly, and that the minor child may not be removed from the State of Florida without the consent of the Petitioner. 3. ALIMONY: The Respondent shall pay to the Petitioner the sum of X125.00 per week as and for permanent alimony until the Petitioner remarries. 4. PROPERTY: The Respondent shall give up any right, title and interest in the following: Quarter horse name "LADY"; Tennessee walker named "STONEY". Golden Retriever name "COCHISE". and 1976 Olds- mobile Cutlass, Identification No. 3G37R6M156432. ~- ~
