FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial this 8th day of December, 1980,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between then and from the obligations arising there-
f rom .
2. That the Respondent shall give up all her right, title and
interest in and to the following: The 1975 Ford F-100 pickup truck,
Identification No. F10BCX06135. That the Petitioner shall be solely
responsible for the payment of the above described truck and agrees
to hold the Respondent wholly harmless from the payment of same.
3. PROPERTY: The above named .parties both agree that there is
no real or personal property to be divided.
4. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
DONE AND ORDERED this day of December, 1980, at Ft. Pierce,
Florida.
