a special equity, be, and is hereby ordered awarded all of the right,
title and interest of DARRELL LEONARD HOWARD, in the 1972 Deep South
Mobile Home owned by the parties jointly and DARRELL LEONARD HOWARD
is ordered to convey his interest in said Deep South Mobile Home to
CECELIA FLORENCE HOWARD within fifteen (15) days of the date of this
Final Judgment and if DARRELL LEONARD HOWARD shall fail to so convey
his interest within said fifteen (15) day time period, then this Final
Judgment Of Dissolution Of Marrige shall act as a conveyance by opera-
tion of law of all of DARRELL LEONARD HOWARD'S right, title and interest
in said mobile home to CECELIA FLORENCE HOWARD.
5. POSSESSION OF MOBILE HOME: That the Husband, DARRELL
LEONARD HOWARD, be, and is hereby ordered to remove himself from the
premises of the 1972 Deep South Mobile Home forthwith and exclusive
possession of said mobile home is awarded. to CECELIA FLORENCE HOWARD.
DONE AND ORDERED this day of December, A.D. 1980, at
Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida.
