title and interest in said property to the Wife within ten (10) days
of the date of the execution of this Agreement and if the Husband
shall fail to do so this Final Judgment shall act as a conveyance
by operation of law of all of the Husband's right, title and interest
in said property to the Wife. Said property being more particularly
described as a Cobra automobile, vehicle I. D. Number 6F03F127973;
Title Number~13319672.
4. SPECIAL EQUITY: That the Husband, MARK. L. ARNOLD, as
a special equity, be, and is hereby ordered awarded all of the right,
title and interest of the Wife, LINDA F. ARNOLD, in the property
hereinafter described. The Wife is ordered to convey all of her right,
title and interest in said property to the Husband within fifteen (15)
days of the date of this Agreement, and if the Wife shall fail to
convey her interest in said property within said time period then
this Final Judgment shall act as a conveyance by operation of law to
convey all of the Wife's right, title and interest in said property
to the Husband. Said property being more particularly described as
a Mobile Home having a title number of 6053643 and an I. D. Number
of 16121. And said property also including the real property which
is described in EXHIBIT "A" which is attached hereto, incorporated
herein and made a part hereof.
